In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Mohanrao Marotrao Hambarde of INC won in this constituency beating Deelip Venkatrao Kandkurte of IND by a margin of 3,563 votes which was 01.95% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Hemant Sriram Patil of SS was the winner in this seat beating Dilip Venkatrao Kandkurte of BJP by a margin of 3,207 votes which was 1.84% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Omprakash Ganeshlal Pokarna of INC won this seat defeating Patil Hemant Shriram of SS by a margin of 17,463 votes which was 12.65% of the total votes polled for the seat.
