There were a total of 2,36,537 registered voters on the electoral rolls for the 2024 Assembly election in Bhiwani Assembly constituency, of which 1,23,902 were male, 1,12,632 female and 3 of the third gender. In the 2019 Assembly elections, there were a total of 2,16,968 registered voters, of which 1,15,538 were male, 1,01,428 female and 2 from the third gender. In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Ghanshyam Saraf of BJP won in this constituency beating Dr. Shiv Shanker Bhardwaj of JJP by a margin of 27,884 votes which was 21.42% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Ghanshyam Saraf of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Nirmla Saraf of INLD by a margin of 28,597 votes which was 21.92% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Ghansyam Saraf of BJP won this seat defeating Dr Shiv Shanker Bhardwaj of INC by a margin of 2,645 votes which was 2.75% of the total votes polled for the seat.
