In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Nitinkumar Bhikanrao Tale of SS won in this constituency beating Dr Dhairyavardhan Haribhau Pundkar of VBA by a margin of 18,661 votes which was 09.55% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Baliram Bhagwan Sirskar of BBM was the winner in this seat beating Khatib Syed Natiquddin of INC by a margin of 6,939 votes which was 4.11% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Baliram Bhagwan Siraskar of IND won this seat defeating Khateeb Rajaya Begum Natiquoddin of INC by a margin of 1,590 votes which was 1.12% of the total votes polled for the seat.
