In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Mangesh Ramesh Chavan of BJP won in this constituency beating Deshmukh Rajiv Anil of NCP by a margin of 3,998 votes which was 01.83% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Unmesh Bhaiyyasaheb Patil of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Deshmukh Rajiv Anil of NCP by a margin of 22,380 votes which was 10.65% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Deshmukh Rajiv Anil of NCP won this seat defeating Rathod Wadilal Parashram of BJP by a margin of 8,400 votes which was 4.75% of the total votes polled for the seat.
